The applications received are scrutinized like qualifications, skills, Experience, Locations, expectations, and a handful of candidates are shortlisted for the first round of interviews.
3. Pre-screening Interview: APPS conducts the first round of interviews. Our recruitment experts assess the Personality, knowledge, basic & Technical skills, background, and experience of the candidate. Profiles are further shortlisted and forwarded to the client, along with our observations.
4. Final Round: The shortlisted candidates from the first interview round appear for the final interview at the client’s end. The candidate who clears the round is given a job offer and other details like salary package, date of joining, and other benefits.
